Linda Schultz et Julie Ruel-Bergeron<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Les interventions dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 et de la nutrition en milieu scolaire (School Heath and Nutrition, SHN) font partie des investissements les plus omnipr\u00e9sents en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 publique et constituent un m\u00e9canisme cl\u00e9 pour atteindre des populations qui sont autrement difficiles \u00e0 atteindre au travers du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9. Malgr\u00e9 le r\u00f4le essentiel du syst\u00e8me de suivi de ces programmes multisectoriels pour permettre une programmation adaptative fond\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es, les renseignements permettant d&#8217;orienter les responsables de la mise en \u0153uvre des programmes sont insuffisants. Ce manuscrit donne un aper\u00e7u de la mani\u00e8re dont les indicateurs de suivi peuvent \u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s dans le cadre logique d&#8217;un programme de SHN, avec des exemples sp\u00e9cifiques de cinq mod\u00e8les de mise en \u0153uvre de SHN. Il aborde \u00e9galement la question de l&#8217;adaptation des programmes de SHN en p\u00e9riode de fermeture des \u00e9coles, comme on le constate actuellement \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9chelle mondiale en raison de l&#8217;\u00e9mergence de la COVID-19. Les aspects cl\u00e9s du suivi des programmes de SHN sont examin\u00e9s, notamment : (1) pourquoi faire un suivi ? (2) que mesurer ? (3) comment mesurer ? et (4) qui mesure ?
