Le partenariat du GFF, men\u00e9 par les gouvernements, en alignement avec d\u2019autres partenaires du d\u00e9veloppement, vise \u00e0 mobiliser des ressources publiques et priv\u00e9es provenant de sources nationales et externes ; am\u00e9liorer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de leur utilisation ; et mettre en oeuvre des strat\u00e9gies innovantes dans le cadre de syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 qui am\u00e9liorent l\u2019acc\u00e8s et la qualit\u00e9 des services de sant\u00e9 pour les femmes, les enfants et les adolescents.<\/p>\n<p>Aux niveaux national et sectoriel, des d\u00e9fis importants subsistent pour garantir que la priorit\u00e9 soit bien accord\u00e9e aux strat\u00e9gies et plans, et qu\u2019ils soient suffisamment financ\u00e9s, fond\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, et ad\u00e9quatement mis en oeuvre et suivis. En outre, de nombreux pays sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes persistants li\u00e9s \u00e0 la fragmentation des bailleurs de fonds et des financements, \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s de coordination ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 une gouvernance efficace et efficiente qui entrave le fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour faire face \u00e0 ces d\u00e9fis, le mandat principal du partenariat du GFF est d\u2019identifier et d\u2019\u00e9liminer ces obstacles gr\u00e2ce aux modalit\u00e9s suivantes : facilitation des processus, assistance technique, services de conseil et d\u2019analyse, plaidoyer, financement op\u00e9rationnel direct et partage des connaissances. Dans chaque pays, l\u2019appui du partenariat du GFF est ax\u00e9 sur un plan ou un instrument strat\u00e9gique qui repr\u00e9sente l\u2019approche choisie par le pays pour la planification, la d\u00e9finition des priorit\u00e9s, la mobilisation de ressources, l\u2019alignement, la coordination et le suivi, en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats de SRMNEA-N.<\/p>\n<p>Ce plan, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab dossier d\u2019investissement \u00bb (DI), pr\u00e9sente un ensemble d\u2019interventions et de r\u00e9formes prioritaires, fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes, qui permettront de rem\u00e9dier aux goulots d\u2019\u00e9tranglement<br \/>\ndu syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 et par cons\u00e9quent, d\u2019am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 des femmes, des enfants et des adolescents.
