Ces pays ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le d\u00e9terminant en apportant des preuves \u00e0 la question de l&#8217;achat des SSP, notamment par le biais de syst\u00e8mes de financement bas\u00e9s sur la performance (FBP). Ces syst\u00e8mes visaient, d&#8217;une part, \u00e0 garantir la disponibilit\u00e9 des ressources au niveau des \u00e9tablissements de sant\u00e9 et, d&#8217;autre part, \u00e0 faire en sorte que les prestataires de premi\u00e8re ligne soient incit\u00e9s \u00e0 fournir la bonne quantit\u00e9 des bons services, tout en maintenant la qualit\u00e9 des soins. Alors que les donn\u00e9es probantes et les orientations politiques soulignent de plus en plus la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;int\u00e9grer des m\u00e9canismes d&#8217;achat dans les syst\u00e8mes nationaux de financement de la sant\u00e9, il est devenu important de comprendre ce qui a fonctionn\u00e9 et ce qui n&#8217;a pas fonctionn\u00e9, et comment aller de l&#8217;avant pour soutenir l&#8217;achat strat\u00e9gique de services de sant\u00e9 en vue d&#8217;un CHU. Cependant, chaque pays se trouve \u00e0 un stade diff\u00e9rent de son engagement dans les approches d&#8217;achat.
