Le Dr Elizabeth Hazel et le Dr Ma\u00efga Abdoulaye ont introduit le contexte et les objectifs des mesures de couverture effective, ainsi que les d\u00e9tails m\u00e9thodologiques, l&#8217;analyse des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s et l&#8217;interpr\u00e9tation \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles.
