Les dirigeants des 36 pays du GFF, qui ont d\u00e9fendu avec succ\u00e8s les efforts visant \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la sant\u00e9 des femmes, des enfants et des adolescents, ont exprim\u00e9 le besoin de renforcer davantage l&#8217;impact du leadership. Dans le cadre de sa nouvelle strat\u00e9gie, le programme de leadership national du GFF permettra aux leaders d&#8217;apprendre les uns des autres et il leur dotera de comp\u00e9tences et du soutien n\u00e9cessaires pour provoquer des changements syst\u00e9miques dans les syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3>Objectifs du programme<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Renforcer l&#8217;impact du leadership national en r\u00e9ponse aux d\u00e9fis syst\u00e9miques, d&#8217;une mani\u00e8re efficace, durable et transformatrice.<\/li>\n<li>Rassembler et apporter des connaissances de pointe et un savoir-faire sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 &#8211; provenant d&#8217;institutions mondiales et locales &#8211; dans des domaines tels que la gouvernance int\u00e9gr\u00e9e, le changement de syst\u00e8mes et les politiques fond\u00e9es sur des donn\u00e9es probantes.<\/li>\n<li>Offrir un espace pour que les principaux leaders nationaux dans le domaine de la sant\u00e9 puissent rencontrer des pairs de leur propre pays et d&#8217;autres pays et pour qu&#8217;ils puissent collaborer pour trouver des r\u00e9ponses innovantes \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis sp\u00e9cifiques en mati\u00e8re de leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau dynamique d&#8217;anciens du programme et de champions du CLP, inspir\u00e9 par l&#8217;approche du GFF men\u00e9e par les pays et ax\u00e9e sur les r\u00e9sultats.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u00c9ditions<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/edge.edx.org\/courses\/course-v1:OLC-WBGx+olcgffcs01+2021-T1\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00c9thiopie &#8211;
