Staying Connected

The Networking module provides a user-friendly information hub including knowledge & learning related blogs, internal and external events and a bulletin board with interactive and social networking capabilities for the KLP community.

In the Networking home page, go to the section “Connect with your Peers”. Here you will be able to search for other users by name or country.

If the user does not show, or you don’t have the specifics of name or country, there is also the option to search in the “KLP Directory” where you see the full KLP Directory and filter by role. To add any user to your network, click on the “Connect” button. In case you want to remove a user from your network, there is always the disconnect button. To access your network, click Connections under your profile menu.

In the Networking home page, you can access a Bulletin Board, a space created for the KLP community to share any announcements. Here, you can find a text box field where you can post requests, thoughts or any other content with all KLP users.

You can add an event to your personal or work calendar by clicking the “Add to Calendar” button in any event. Once you do, the system will generate and download an .ICS file (calendar invite file) with which you can directly add the event to your calendar.

To enroll in an event, go to the event and click on “Link to Event” to access the event registry site.

To set up a reminder for an event, click on “Set Reminder” or click on the bell icon in any networking event. You can also see which activities you have set up a reminder or enrolled in My Reminders.
