We are currently undertaking the end-term evaluation of the Kenya RMNCAH Investment Framework, as requested by the Kenya RMNCAH-N Multistakeholders Country Platform.
Kenya was among the four frontrunner countries of the GFF which were selected in 2015. In the highly devolved healthcare system, the standard GFF process of developing an investment case was adjusted. The RMNCAH Investment Framework was developed in place of an investment case, to guide the development of the county-specific annual work plans to reform health financing and service delivery for each of the 47 counties.
The evaluation is being undertaken by the African Population and Health Research Center with funding from Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. The learning generated through this evaluation will inform the best instrument to guide the RMNCAH-N strategy in the country for the next five years.
Looking forward to sharing the evaluation report with the team
