Ce rapport examine les progrès réalisés dans le cadre d’un programme de financement basé sur les résultats (FBR) au Mozambique, visant à renforcer la chaîne d’approvisionnement, et plus précisément les performances du Central Medical Store. Introduite en 2013 par l’USAID, la subvention intergouvernementale basée sur la performance conditionne le paiement de fonds par tranches trimestrielles au Central Medical Store (Central de Medicamentos e Artigos Medico – CMAM), en fonction des résultats liés à la planification, à la distribution et à la gestion d’entrepôt.
