I'm a new colleague. How can I register and create a new account?

To register please go to this link:

If you are already in the KLP, there is an option in the top right section of the screen that says “REGISTER” which will take you to the registration page.

I forgot my password how can I recover or change it?

In the “LOGIN” section, there is an option to reset your password.

Here you can reset your password through your e-mail account.

Account Recovery. I lost access to my account. How can I retrieve it?

Please contact the GFF K&L Team using the contact section to request the recovery of your account. The GFF Knowledge and Learning team will assist you with this request.

I don't have access to a certain resource. Where can I request access?

Please contact us using the contact section to request access to a specific resource. If you believe you have the wrong role, or you are looking frequently for resources that are not available to you, please mention this in your message.
