Leadership Retreat in Nigeria
The Leadership Retreat is an off-site residential 4-day in-person event that introduces participants to the core approaches and competencies related to Integrated Governance, Evidence-based Policy, Systems Thinking, Behavior Change and Transformative Leadership.
It will be a combination of talks from international experts and workshops for instant application to participants’ working reality through the Action Toolbox supported by local experts and reflective learning with peers.
By the end of the retreat participants will be ready to start their journey of applying the newly found approaches, concepts, tools, and competencies.
