Transformative Leadership
Transformative Leadership
The complexity and speed of change in our world require new forms of individual and collective leadership. The old ways of trying to predict the future and control our way toward it are ill-suited to our current reality. We need to develop new qualities and competencies as leaders, build resilient cultures, and create adaptive structures and processes that allow us to dynamically steer our way forward.
This module will share some of the personal leadership qualities needed and also show how other modules will contribute to building transformative leadership in our communities and organizations.
Peter Merry, a transformative leadership expert from Ubiquity University, will accompany you through this module.

Adaptive Strategy
Adaptive Strategy
This session will provide a framing to understand key obstacles and strategies for effective systems change. It introduces the notion of adaptative responses to deal with the disequilibrium of implementing change. It also explores limiting mindsets that interfere with successfully enacting new ideas and behaviors in the policymaking arena.
This session provides a pathway to acknowledge those limitations and offers a space to reflect on different stakeholders’ perspectives when pursuing common goals.
Ashveena Gajeelee, adaptive leadership expert will accompany you through this module.
