Ce document présente les résultats d’une étude qui a cherché à comprendre pourquoi les agents de santé faisant partie des programmes de financement basé sur les résultats (FBR) au Zimbabwe ont déclaré être satisfaits quant aux améliorations des conditions de travail et de la rémunération mais, paradoxalement, ils ont déclaré des niveaux de motivation moins élevés par rapport à ceux qui ne travaillent pas dans le cadre de programmes de FBR.
