About this resource

In this webinar, we explored the pivotal role played by health care providers in the delivery of respectful maternal care and discuss emerging results from the implementation of the ‘Caring for Providers to Improve Patient Experience (CPIPE)’ intervention. CPIPE seeks to improve patients’ experience of care by addressing provider stress, burnout, and bias.
