Kakamega County was the first geography to systematically explore Service Delivery Redesign as a mechanism to improve service delivery and population outcomes. An embedded process and outcomes evaluation helped to track the implementation of the reform and assess its impact on key outcomes. With the evaluation recently completed, this webinar engages on emerging results and key lessons from the research.
