Luis Castanheira Pinto leads the knowledge and learning program for the GFF. Luis has dedicated most of his 20 years professional career to the fields of learning, knowledge, education and competence development. Luis worked with a wide variety of stakeholders, from NGO’s, to national administrations, multinational companies and international organizations. Before joining the GFF, he worked for the European Commission / European Environment Agency as an Organizational Learning and Knowledge Innovation Expert. Luis holds a university degree on "Economics", a masters on "Education and Society" and is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Westminster (UK).
