About this community

The GFF Focal Points’ Community of Practice aims at creating a safe space for peer to peer learning and sharing of knowledge on what the critical Focal Point role is concerned. It seeks to enhance sharing of tacit knowledge, mutual support and the development of sensible competencies in a work for which there aren’t many objective references. This CoP will also aim at harnessing each FP’s professional experience and areas of particular expertise. Ultimately, the CoP aims at creating a space of trust and confidence to enable conversations on challenges, needs and achievements in a sense of collective purpose.
