Ce document prรฉsente les rรฉsultats dโ€™une รฉtude qui avait pour but dโ€™expliquer le fait que les agents de santรฉ au sein des dispositifs de financement basรฉ sur les rรฉsultats (FBR) au Zimbabwe aient dรฉclarรฉ รชtre satisfaits des amรฉliorations des conditions de travail et de la rรฉmunรฉration tandis quโ€™ils ont paradoxalement signalรฉ des niveaux de motivation infรฉrieurs par rapport ร  ceux qui ne travaillent pas sous les dispositions du FBR.
