Ce document présente les résultats d’une étude qui avait pour but d’expliquer le fait que les agents de santé au sein des dispositifs de financement basé sur les résultats (FBR) au Zimbabwe aient déclaré être satisfaits des améliorations des conditions de travail et de la rémunération tandis qu’ils ont paradoxalement signalé des niveaux de motivation inférieurs par rapport à ceux qui ne travaillent pas sous les dispositions du FBR.
