About this resource

The World Bank and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation convened a meeting on Service Delivery Redesign (SDR) to provide an introduction to the concept and to deliberate on cumulative experiences and insights regarding SDR. This event was held on October 31, 2022, as an offsite satellite session during the Health Systems Research Conference in Bogota, Colombia.
