About this Course

This self-paced course was designed and developed by the Global Financing Facility (GFF) within its capacity-building framework to strengthen the competencies of key actors involved in the GFF stakeholder engagement process.

Its main goals are to set the basis to recognize and reflect on the critical value that stakeholder engagement brings to the GFF process, and to share knowledge and tools for efficient stakeholder mapping and engagement to improve in-country consensus around the GFF approach.

By completing this course learners will be able to:

Recognize the role of stakeholders and the relevance of their engagement for the success of the GFF process.
Reflect on the levels and stages of engagement for the success of the GFF process.
Reflect on individual management and influencing styles necessary for stakeholder engagement.
Recognize the value and implications of the Engagement Consultant role for stakeholder engagement in the GFF process.
Develop a stakeholder engagement action plan including identification, analysis, and prioritization of stakeholders.
