About this resource

This webinar highlightd findings from a large-scale study of the Safer Births Bundle of Care in Tanzania. This package of simulation-based training, local data use, facilitation, and innovative tools was shown to significantly reduce perinatal mortality across 30 health facilities.

Presenters Benjamin Kamala, Hege Ersdal, and Jan Terje Kvaløy will share lessons learned from implementation and discuss the program’s potential for strengthening maternal and newborn health in resource-limited settings.
