About this community

The Liaison Officers’ Community of Practice aims at creating a safe space for peer to peer learning and sharing of knowledge to help one another navigate the ambiguous role of the Liaison officer. It seeks to create a dynamic container of tacit knowledge and a sense of community / belonging amongst LOs. This CoP contributes to develop competencies and attitudes that are required in LOs daily work such as “leading from behind” or “stakeholder engagement”. The CoP will also aim at harnessing each Liaison officer’s professional experience and areas of particular expertise.
