Through the GFF’s Implementation Research and Evaluation (IR&E) Strategy, the GFF aims to support countries to strengthen their own IR&E processes and systems for generating and using evidence while advancing a country-led learning and improvement agenda. This activity guide is intended to serve as a tool for GFF country teams to work with World Bank task teams and country counterparts to generate ideas about IR&E activities that could help serve a country’s evidence and learning needs and from that develop IR&E plans
