A leadership program in the direction of bolstering Country leadership and advancing equity, voice, and gender equality for Female Leaders in GFF countries. The Greater Leaders Program is conducted by The Fem League and sponsored by The Global Financing Facility.
The Greater Leaders Program and its growing community of female leaders stem from the understanding that female leadership is critical in health system reforms.
What makes the Greater Leaders program unique is its focus on collective learning and personal transformation in close alliance with the child and maternal health mission. Every participant has her space to grow as a leader in the community with other leaders on the same journey. We have a vast evidence base that networks and communities learn and innovate faster than individuals. The program provides access to world-class facilitators, established methods such as Public Narrative, experts such as Dr. Sarah M. Kilemi, and weekly community sessions.
*A new cohort started in March 2023 and is being delivered to 34 French-speaking participants.
