Platform Wide

Afteyou log in, click on the profile picture on the top right of the screen, then select “Manage your Account”, which will grant you access to your profile. There, you can click the “Edit Profile” button to change your profile information.

You can set up and receive notifications/reminders for contents and activity in the Learning, Collaboration and Networking modules. For this you need to click on “Set Reminder” or the bell icon located in each resource.

For example, if a webinar or course start next month, you can click on “Set Reminder” and the KLP will set up a notification to be sent to you via e-mail.

As well as if you are interested in getting notifications of any new activity in a Community of Practice or Collaboration Squad, you can click on the bell icon and the KLP will notify you about new activity in these resources.

After you log in, click on the profile picture on the top right of the screen, then select “Reminders” which will take you to your reminders/notifications section.

In all modules, the Knowledge and Learning team selects a few contents that are of particular interest for the KLP community. We curate information and highlight it for the community to learn about them conveniently.

For now, the KLP supports the manual highlight of information by the Knowledge & Learning Team. However, we are considering if the personalization feature is something that interests the KLP community. Please let us know what you think about it by sending a message through the contact section.

Most resources on the KLP have a bookmark icon next to the name that allows the user to “save” the resource in their bookmarks, to read them later. When the white, means it’s not bookmarked and when colored it means it is saved for later.
