Learning

The Learning module provides access to face-to-face and online courses and resources, through a Learning Management System (LMS), with synchronous and asynchronous learning features.

You can access GFF related learning programs, online self-paced courses, microlearning resources, learning videos and webinars.

Learning Programs are designed to combine various features and resources for online learning; these combine self-paced learning activities, learning nuggets, webinars, workshops, assignments, coaching, among others. They address GFF-crosscutting and technical areas, building on competencies and attitudes development to support the operationalization of the GFF approach.

    Go to Learning Programs

Courses are designed as self-paced learning activities that address specific GFF content areas and are targeted in time and features. They are offered online and are open to everyone who seeks to strengthen particular skills or deepen certain thematic content.

    Go to Courses

Microlearning resources are learning resources characterized by their short duration (10-30 mins) and concise approach to GFF related topics. They can include a focused problem-solving session, a single lesson learned, a specific best practice, or a currently relevant topic of interest. Brought together, they could be part of a Learning Program or Course.

    Go to Microlearning Resources

The GFF webinars focus on specific technical areas and country case studies to share lessons, best practices, successful experiences to address challenges and inform decision making.

    Go to Webinars

Learning videos comprehend instructional videos, tutorials, and exemplifying videos, including testimonials or interviews, in which the main objective is to share best practices and address common challenges across countries.
